Organizer

Euroleague Ventures SA (the "Organizer") is the company responsible for the management and administrative organisation of the professional basketball competitions named Turkish Airlines EuroLeague and 7DAYS EuroCup (the "Competitions") and the promotion and development of the commercial activities linked to them.

The Organizer is the entity conducting the EUROLEAGUE BASKETBALL STREET ARENA TOUR (hereinafter the "the Event") which is a series of events addressed for promoting the Competitions across Europe by engaging sports fans in all major cities of the European continent. The central activity of the Event is a 3x3 basketball competition.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the Event without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, mobilization, civil disturbance, adverse weather conditions, strike, riot, commotion, lock outs or disorder, terrorism (or credible threat thereof) civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Organizer's control.

Who can participate?

Different tournament categories may be available and only individuals who comply with the corresponding gender and/or age and/or other specific requirements (if any, as specified in each corresponding Event) can be eligible to participate. Tournament categories include but are not limited to:

- Male: over 18 and under 18

- Female: over 18 and under 18

- Mixed (female and male): under 14

It is not guaranteed that each city where the Events take place offers all the above-referred categories of tournaments, which will in all cases depend on the level of participation and demand and according to the Organizer's sole decision.

Participants are required to submit all requested documents (including but not limited to application form and consent and release form) in order to be eligible to participate.

How to apply

Visit Adidas3vs3.euroleague.net and submit all requested documents at least 3 days before the event on each city begins. Applicants need to register themselves as individuals in the platform, then create a team profile and select a team captain, the city where they want to participate and the category in which they wish to compete.

Applicants understand and agree that by applying as a team for the Event they are not automatically entitled to participate in the tournament and/or win awards or receive any other form of consideration. Applicants will receive a confirmation or rejection on their application, which will not be understood as a confirmation on their participation, which in any case will be informed at a later stage and based on the limited number of teams that can be invited to compete in each city where the event takes place. The Organization will confirm or reject each participation 48 hours before the start of the event. All teams that apply to a category without complying with the requirements (i.e. they don't correspond to the applied category  by age or gender), will be automatically rejected.

Brands or commercial names or any discriminatory or defamatory words (in Organizer's sole discretion) for the teams' title will not be acceptable.

Any application submitted after the specified deadline specified for each city event page or not respecting these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted, unless otherwise confirmed by and as per discretion of Organizer.

Participants Selection process

Once the registration period is closed according to the applicable deadline period in each city (which will be expressly established in each corresponding case), the Organizer will select the number of teams invited to play by chronological order (the first team to register complying with all requirements will be the first team selected to participate), which may vary from one Event to another in accordance to schedule and time limitations as considered necessary by the Organizer.. Selected teams will receive the confirmation by the Organizer with a time table of all games to be played.

The Organizer will also select up to five backup teams which will have to be present at the times and places determined by the Organizer and will be eligible to play only in case that teams selected to participate become ineligible, withdrawn their participation or for whatever reason can no longer participate.

Participants must respect the Events Rules and Regulations and understand that their participation is subject to complying at all times with said regulations.

In case of doubts related to the online application, applicants can address their questions to 3vs3@euroleague.net.
